Rules and Regulation for Parents | Guardians

For Parents :

Parents must provide original school leaving certificate and mark list of the student along with Xerox copies of Aadhar Card and 10 recent photographs(ID size).
If the student is having any medical problem / ailment /disability, the parents must provide his/ her medical history duly signed by a registered medical practitioner or by Government Hospital.
Parents shall provide information of themselves along with Xerox copies of address Proof and identification such as Ration card, Aadhar Card, Voter’s Identity card, Pan Card etc. and Marriage Certificate
One recent photographs each of the parent.
Parents must inform by the mail , when they send/call their child by bus/taxi/train/ plan etc.

The parents should pay the hostel fees in two installments only. (one at the time of admission and another before Diwali Vacation) a post dated cheque of the balance amount should be given to the management as security purpose.
Fees will not be refunded in any case.
If the parents fail to pay the fees within the stipulated time period the student will be removed from the hostel.
Cost of replacement will be charged for breakages, damages and losses.
Transfer certificate will not be issued to a student/ parents until all due amounts are cleared.
Parents must inform by the mail , when they call their child alone by bus/taxi/train/ plan etc. and also send travelling expenses by online transaction in Hostel A/c.

No person other than Parents / Guardians or registered local guardians and relatives will be allowed to visit their wards.
Parents / Guardians are allowed only on Sundays or holidays to visit their wards. (Visiting Hours 10:00 am to 5:00 pm only)
Parents / Guardians will have to obtain permission three days prior to their visit from the management. Without permission they will not be entertained.
Parents/ Guardians are requested to visit in between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm only.
Parents/ Guardians are neither allowed to stay in the hostel nor will be provided any accommodation by the Hostel.
Parents/ Guardians will not go directly to the dormitories of the students.
No transportation / conveyance will be provided to the
Parents/ Guardians, they will come at their own expense. or vehicles.
Parents are not suppose to send or transfer money other than Hostel account like staff member /Rector/Warden / Teachers/ Matron etc.

Students will not be given leave other than the vacations declared by the hostel /school.
Parents are requested to adhere to the schedule of the hostel and schools strictly.
Students are required to report one day before the opening of the school or on the given day. A fine of Rs. 1000/- per day will be charged in case of returning late.
Parents will bring their wards within the time specified by the management. The delay will be considered as charged fine of Rs. 1000/- per day.

Management holds the rights to change the Rules and Regulations time to time according to situation.
All official correspondence / grievances must be addressed directly to the chair person.
Notice of withdrawal of a student which is to take effect at the end of the academic year must be received on or before 31^st January February of that year. Failure to comply with this rule will entail a liability in payment of two months fees in lieu of notice.

Pocket money should be deposited to the office and not to be given directly to the wards.
Gold jewelry / Ornaments / Expensive Electronic gadgets / mobiles / money/credit card /debit card or any other valuables strictly are not allowed. The management will not be responsible for the loss of the same.
If found it will be treated as an offence and will be confiscated.
